For the hygienic and straightforward filleting and preparation of fresh fish, we supply a series of filleting bins with a separate plastic inlay board. These filleting units are ideal for the sales van or behind the counter. The filleting bins and units form a practical supplement to our range of fish boxes. A plastic tub (100 L) serves as collector for the larger filleting units. With a separately-available stainless steel or plastic table trolley, this forms a particularly practical workplace setup.
