Water: taken for granted in our daily life. Nevertheless, this essential element is not unlimitedly available. This explains the growing demand for rain reservoirs. Because why pay for something that nature supplies free: rainwater. The best for your garden, for the environment and for your wallet. You finally notice this last point when you get your water bill. Anything that is used in the garden must be proof against all weather conditions. Transoplast's rain reservoirs are therefore made of thick-walled plastic, robust, UV light-stable and frost-resistant (let the water drain our before the winter). Product characteristics that guarantee an extremely long lifetime for the rain reservoirs. As standard, all bins and barrels are fitted with an outlet with drain-cock; this can easily be replaced with a tap. Besides this, an automatic filler is available as an accessory. The automatic filler is installed in the downpipe and leads rainwater into the reservoir. Once the reservoir is full, the automatic filler diverts the excess rainwater back into the downpipe. The reservoir thus cannot overflow. If required, the automatic filler can be removed again without problems.
