Foldable plastic fit-on rim - custom-made

Custom-made foldable pallet stacking frame made of plastic. Both the length dimension and the width dimension must be adapted to the desired pallet dimension. Optionally equipped with four or six galvanized steel hinges. The foldable stacking frames have a standard height of 200 mm. The maximum achievable dimension is 1200 x 1200 mm. With a length of 1200 mm, a pallet stacking frame with 6 hinges can be folded up to 1170 x 235 x H 120 mm. Folded frames also fit exactly on the corresponding pallet, i.e. without overhang. The steel hinges each have two lips for locking on the pallet and for safely stacking several frames on top of one another. A stacking frame with 6 hinges can also be folded on the narrow sides, thus realizing an even smaller folding dimension.
